Notice is hereby given that on 6 June 2005 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Raymond McGuire, Sole Director of Bryterlite Electrical Limited, having its Registered Office at 41 Milnpark Street, Glasgow G41 1BB (“the Company”) craving that the Company be wound up by the Court and that a Provisional Liquidator be appointed; In which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 6 June 2005 appointed persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
