Notice is hereby given that on 7 June 2005 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by The Directors of Roltso Limited craving the Court inter alia that the said Roltso Limited, 63 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9TR be wound up by the Court and that an interim Liquidator be appointed, and that in the meantime James David Cockburn Macintyre, Chartered Accountant, James Macintyre & Co, Dundas Business Centre, 38/40 New City Road, Glasgow G4 9JT be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 7 June 2005 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed the said James David Cockburn Macintyre, Chartered Accountant to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the said Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
