DIRECT TELECOM (UK) LTD

A petition was on 6 June 2005 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that Direct Telecom (UK) Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1985 to 1989 and having its Registered Office at 111a Neilston Road, Paisley be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Menzies by Interlocutor dated 9 June 2005 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
