Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final general meetings of the members and the creditors will be held on 20 July 2005 at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, at Stannergate House, 41 Dundee Road West, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, for the purpose of having a final account laid before the meetings, showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidator.

Members and creditors are entitled to attend in person or by proxy. Proxies must be lodged with the liquidator at or before the meeting.
