PUBLIC LOCAL INQUIRY INTO OBJECTIONS—NOTICE OF INQUIRY
Commencing on Tuesday 2 August 2005, Rooms 1/2, Ryan Centre, Fairhurst Road, Stranraer
Mr R W Jackson of the Scottish Executive Inquiry Reporters Unit, will hold a Public Local Inquiry into objections lodged and not withdrawn to the Finalised Wigtown Local Plan (2003) & Schedule of Proposed Changes (2004), commencing on Tuesday 2 August 2005 at 10.00 am, in Rooms 1/2, Ryan Centre, Fairhurst Road, Stranraer. It is intended that this inquiry will continue on subsequent days (excluding Mondays) until concluded. It is expected to conclude on 12 August.
Copies of the timetable for the inquiry, the objections, and all statements and documents relating thereto, will be available for inspection, free of charge, during normal opening hours at Stranraer Library, North Strand Street, Stranraer from 6 July 2005, and in the meantime, at Strategic Planning, Newall Terrace, Dumfries (where they can be viewed by prior appointment during working hours).
