Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by Louver-Lite Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Suncolor Contracts Limited having its Registered Office at Almond Business Centre, Craigshill Road, Livingston, West Lothian EH54 5DT be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Provisional Liquidator and Interim Liquidator of the said Company, the Sheriff at Linlithgow Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 27 May 2005 ordered all parties wishing to oppose to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Linlithgow Sheriff Court, High Street, Linlithgow within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and appointed Graham Hunter Martin, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Kintyre House, 209 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LW to be Provisional Liquidator of said Company until an Interim Liquidator is appointed, or said Petition dismissed.
