A Petition was on 27 May 2005 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that 4 M Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act 1985 and having its Registered Office at 18 Greenside Lane, Edinburgh EH1 3AH be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Dawson by Interlocutor dated 1 June 2005 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
