Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of creditors of the above company will be held at Ballantine House, 168 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2PT on Thursday 23 June 2005 at 11.00 am for the purposes specified in Sections 100 and 101 of the said Act.

During the period before the day on which the creditors meeting is to be held I shall furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the affairs of the company as they may reasonably require.
