Notice is hereby given that the partnership of CMS Cameron McKenna (Scotland), formerly carrying on business as solicitors at Migvie House, North Silver Street, Aberdeen AB10 1RJ, and elsewhere, was by agreement between its partners dissolved on 20 May 2005.

The former practice of CMS Cameron McKenna (Scotland) was with effect from 20 May 2005 transferred to CMS Cameron McKenna (Scotland) LLP, the principal place of business of which is Migvie House, North Silver Street, Aberdeen AB10 1RJ, and the said practice continues to be carried on by and under the name CMS Cameron McKenna (Scotland) LLP at the said address and elsewhere as before.
