Notice is hereby given that on 23 March 2005 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Lanark by Wipfel Limited, having a place of business at Town Hall Business Centre, 1-11 High Road, Motherwell craving the court, inter alia that Auchlochlan Developments Limited, having their Registered Office at Auchlochlan House, New Trows Road, Lesmahagow be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Lanark by Interlocutor dated 23 March 2005 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Hope Street, Lanark within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
