Sequestration of the estate of

JOHN ORMISTON SMITH

The estate of John Ormiston Smith, 8/1 Lyne Street, Edinburgh EH7 5BW, was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 7 April 2005, and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the Debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John Michael Hall CA, Haines Watts, 9 Coates Crescent, Edinburgh EH3 7AL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, Creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 18 November 2004.
