Notice is hereby given that on 9 February, 2005 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Lanark by The Advocate General for Scotland as representing Her Majesty’s Commissioners of Customs & Excise, craving the Court, inter alia that Earl Consulting Ltd, having their Registered Office at c/o Alan Ritchie C.A., Ebs House, 25 Hope Street, Lanark ML11 7NE be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Lanark by Interlocutor dated 9 February, 2005 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 24 Hope Street, Lanark within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
