I, Ian William Wright, of Haines Watts, 403 Holburn Street, Aberdeen AB10 7GS, give notice that on 14 February 2005 I was appointed Joint Receiver of the above Company with my partner John Michael Hall.

The property over which I was appointed as Joint Receiver is the whole or substantially the whole of the Company’s property.

In terms of section 59 of the Insolvency Act 1986, Preferential Creditors should lodge their claims with me within six months of the date of this Notice.
