Change in the members of a Partnership

CAPITAL DEVELOPMENTS

(the “Partnership”)

Notice is hereby given that:

(i)  with effect from 22 January 2004 Mohammed Afzal, residing at 7 Cortachy Place, Glenrothes ceased to be a partner in the Partnership;

(ii)  with effect from 10 February 2005 Mohammed Arshad, formerly residing at 11 Parbroath Road, Glenrothes, and now at 40 Cromar Drive, Dunfermline, Fife, ceased to be a partner in the Partnership; and

(iii)  with effect from 10 February 2005 Mohammed Saleem, residing at 7 Ferrydon Place, Glenrothes, became a new partner of the Partnership.

Therefore as at the date of this notice, the Partnership is constituted between Mohammed Naeem and Mohammed Saleem.
