Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held at the offices of Horwath Clark Whitehill (Yorkshire) LLP, North Lane House, 9 b North Lane, Headingley, Leeds LS6 3HG on 15 March 2005 for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986) showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
