DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 271) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 35) Order 2004 comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages belonging to Lakeland Unst Seawater at the site known as Wick of Garth, situated in the Wick of North Garth, south of Point of Grimsetter, Bluemill Sound, Yell, Shetland Isles (OS Grid Ref: HP 549 005), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
