DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 283) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 123) Order 2002, comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages previously belonging to Millburn Salmon Limited now belonging to Johnson Marine Limited at the site previously known as Mangaster Voe now known as South Sound, situated in South Sound at the mouth of Mangaster Voe (OS Grid Ref: HU 322 698), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
