DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 211) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 70) Order 2001 comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages belonging to Westray Salmon at the site known as Scarffall Point, situated east of Pierowall, Bay of Pierowall, Westray, Orkney (OS grid ref: HY 449 484) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
