DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 197) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 82) Order 2000 comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages belonging to Heogland Salmon Company at the site known as Wick of Belmont situated south-east of Hoga Ness, south-west of Unst ferry pier, in the Wick of Belmont, Unst, Shetland Isles (OS Grid Ref: HP 564 003), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
