DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 192) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 95) Order 2001, comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages belonging to Scord Salmon (Shetland) Limited at the site known as North Knowe in Busta Voe south, east of Muckle Roe by Greentaing Jetties (OS Grid Ref: HU 344 642), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
