DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 169) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 37) Order 2004, comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages previously belonging to Laxfirth Voe (Salmon) Limited now belonging to Hjaltland Seafarms Limited at the site known as East Voe Laxfirth, situated in Lax Firth, west of Houbie, Shetland (OS Grid Ref: HU 449 482), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
