DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 148) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 73) Order 2004 comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the inland waters contained within the fish rearing cages belonging to Fjord Seafood Scotland Farming Limited at the site known as Loch Gil Speireig, situated in Loch Gil Speireig Mhor, north east of Acha Mór, Isle of Lewis, Western Isles (OS grid ref: NB328306) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
