DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 173) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 6) Order 2005 comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the inland waters contained within the fish rearing tanks belonging to Rispond Estate at the site known as Polla Hatchery, situated by Polla, south west of Laid, Highland, (OS grid ref: NC387547) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
