DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 127) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 83) Order 2003 comes into force on 19 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages previously belonging to Carloway Seafoods Limited at the site known as Loch Carloway South, situated south west of Carlabhagh, in south Loch Carlabhagh, Isle of Lewis, Western Isles (OS grid ref: NB 183418) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
