NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER OF BONA VACANTIA

COMPANIES ACT 1985

Whereas Walterson & Reid Building Contractors Limited was dissolved on 9 March 1999; And whereas in terms of section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved Company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; And whereas immediately before its dissolution the said Walterson & Reid Building Contractors Limited was heritably vest in the property known as Park Hall, Bixter, Shetland conform to Disposition in its favour recorded GRS Orkney & Zetland 16 December 1992; And whereas the dissolution of the said Walterson & Reid Building Contractors Limited came to my notice on 31 March 2004: Now, therefore, I, Norman McFadyen, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 656 of the said Act, do by this Notice hereby disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the aforesaid heritable property.
