INDEPENDENT BUSINESS FORMS (SCOTLAND) LIMITED

A Petition was on 1 February 2005, presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue craving the Court inter alia to order that Independent Business Forms (Scotland) Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1948 to 1967 and having its registered office at 6 Winchester Avenue, Denny, Stirlingshire FK6 6QE, be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Kingarth by Interlocutor dated 26 January 2005, allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh, within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
