Notice is hereby given that on 27 January 2005 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh, by James McLean, Donald Keith McCauley and James Charles Collings, the Directors of DAW Technologies (Europe) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company No. SC197438, and having its registered office at 1 Dunlop Court, Deans Industrial Estate, Livingston, West Lothian EH54 8SL (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia to order that the Company be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator to the Company, in which Petition Lord Menzies by Interlocutor dated 27 January 2004 ordered all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; and in the meantime, until the Prayer of the Petition has been granted or refused, nominated and appointed Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Gerard Anthony Friar, both Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Practitioners of 191 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LG to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company.
