Notice is hereby given that on 25 January 2005, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, craving the Court, inter alia that Zidon Computing Limited, having their registered office at 128 Walker Road, Aberdeen, be wound up by the Court, and that Bryan A Jackson, Insolvency Practitioner, of PKF, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9TH, be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Court of Session by interlocutor dated 25 January 2005, appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Petition Department, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EG1 1RQ, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
