Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual Meeting of Creditors of Hanson & Robertson (Life & Pensions) Limited will be held at the offices of Ritsons, Chartered Accountants, 28 High Street, Nairn, on Wednesday 23 February 2005, at 10.30 am, for the purpose of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of during the year ended 27 November 2004, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. A proxy for use at the Meeting must be lodged at the address shown below no later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 22 February 2005.
