DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 113) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 94) Order 1998, comes into force on 5 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages previously belonging to Dury Salmon Limited now belonging to Scottish Sea Farms Limited at the site previously known as Bellister now known as Loura Voe situated in Dury Voe on or towards the north of Little Ness, Shetland Islands (OS Grid Ref: HU 474 615), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
