DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 31) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 27) Order 2003, comes into force on 5 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages belonging to Shetland Norse Fish Farm Limited at the site known as Djubawick, situated in Djuba Wick, north of Hascosay, east of Yell, Shetland (OS Grid Ref: HU557933), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
