DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 48) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 41) Order 2002, comes into force on 5 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages belonging to Thompson Brothers Salmon Limited at the site known as Kirkabister, situated south east of Kirkabister, Basta Voe, Yell, Shetland (OS grid ref HU 544 949) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
