DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 52) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 94) Order 2001, comes into force on 5 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages belonging to North Uist Fisheries Limited at the site known as Bagh Chlann Neill, situated north east of Ceallan, in Bagh Clann Neill, North Uist, Western Isles (OS grid ref NF885558) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
