DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 26) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 121) Order 2003 comes into force on 5 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the inland waters contained within the fish rearing cages belonging to North Uist Fisheries Limited at the site known as Upper Loch Tormasad, situated in Loch Tormasad, west of Langass, North Uist, Western Isles (OS grid ref NF827652) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
