DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 33) ORDER 2005

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 55) Order 2002 comes into force on 5 February 2005.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the inland waters contained within the salmon rearing tanks belonging to Landcatch Limited at the site known as Ormsary Broodstock Unit, situated north east of Eilean Tràighe and west of Ormsary, Argyll (OS grid ref NR 735 722), are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.

A member of the staff of the Scottish Ministers
