Notice is hereby given that, as a result of an order made on 29 November 2004 by Her Majesty's High Court of Justice to amend the scheme made under Schedule 2C to the Insurance Companies Act 1982 under which the long term business of WLUK Limited was transferred to Winterthur Life UK Limited (“Winterthur Life”) and Winterthur Pension Funds UK Limited in 2001, certain amendments will, with effect from 1 January 2005, be made to the Principles of the Principles and Practices of Financial Management of Winterthur Life. The Principles and Practices of Financial Management of Winterthur Life in marked up form showing in detail the proposed changes to the Principles may be obtained from the website at www.winterthur-life.co.uk or by writing to the company secretary at Winterthur Life UK Limited, Winterthur Way, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 6SZ.
