NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT WIND FARM, LITTLE RAITH FARM, CARDENDEN, FIFE
Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to Fife Council by Fife Wind Energy Ltd, c/o West Coast Energy Ltd, The Long Barn, Waen Farm, Nercwys Road, Mold, Flintshire CH7 4EW, relating to the planning application in respect of Windfarm consisting of 9 wind turbine generators; substation; anemonetary mast; formation of access tracks and temporary compound area and site offices.
A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning application may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the planning authority for the area at Development Services, New City House, 1 Edgar Street, Dunfermline KY12 7EP and also at Lochgelly Local Office, Town House, Hall Street, Lochgelly; Lochgelly Library, 2-4 High Street, Lochgelly; Cowdenbeath Local Office, Town House, 123 High Street, Cowdenbeath and Cowdenbeath Library, North End Works, High Street, Cowdenbeath during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.
Copies of the environmental statement may be purchased from Neil Exton, West Coast Energy Ltd, The Long Barn, Waen Farm, Nercwys Road, Mold, Flintshire CH7 4EW at a cost of £120 in paper format or £20 for CD format. The non-technical summary is available, free of charge, separately on request.
Any person who wishes to make representations to Fife Council about the environmental statement should make them in writing within that period to the council at Fife Council, Development Services, County Buildings, St Catherine Street, Cupar KY15 4TA.
