A Petition was presented to the Lerwick Sheriff Court on 13 December 2004 by James Robert Smith and Mrs Joan Margaret Smith, both residing at Heatherlea, Burravoe, Yell, Shetland, craving the Court inter alia that Arisdale Smolt Co. Limited, having its Registered Office at Heatherlea aforesaid be wound-up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator of the said Company appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Lerwick, by Interlocutor dated 13 December 2004 ordains the said Arisdale Smolt Co. Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause by the prayer of the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Lerwick within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; meantime appoints Gordon Malcolm McLure, Chartered Accountant, Messrs Johnston Carmichael, Bishop’s Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1YL, to be Provisional Liquidator as craved; all of which Notice is hereby given.
