THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 1999

NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13

Proposed development at Greenhill Road, Paisley. Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to Renfrewshire Council, by St Mirren Football Club Ltd relating to the application for Erection of football stadium with ancillary services, including 5 a-side football pitches, ancillary car parking, planting and landscaping, means of access and ancillary works (under Sections 74 and Schedule 9 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997) notified to you under Article 9(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1992 on 17 December 2004.

A copy of the Environmental Statement and the associated application may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the planning authority for the area at the Department of Planning and Transport, Gilmour House, Gilmour Street, Paisley, during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Mappin Planning and Development, 141 St James Road, Glasgow G4 0ZT at a cost of £75.

Any persons who wish to make representations to Renfrewshire Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing within that period to the Council at Department of Planning and Transport HQ, South Building, Cotton Street, Paisley PA1 1LL.
