Notice is given that J. P. Morgan Trust Company (New Zealand) Limited (having changed its name from Morgan Trust Company of New Zealand Limited on 1st May 2002), a body corporate incorporated under the laws of New Zealand and having its principal place of business at Level 5, West Plaza, Albert & Fanshaw Streets, PO Box 1884, Auckland, New Zealand, in its capacity as retiring trustee of the Trust NZ 8084, retired from the partnership hitherto subsisting between it and GIG Leith LLC, a body corporate organised under the laws of the State of Delaware and having its principal place of business at 500 Stanton Christiana Road, Newark, Delaware, 19713 under the firm name of Leith Partnership SP and on the same date Deutsche Fiduciary Services (Suisse) SA, a body corporate incorporated in Switzerland and having its principal place of business at Place des Bergues 3, Case Postale 1416, 1211 Geneva 1, Switzerland in its capacity as trustee of the Trust NZ 8084 became a partner in the said firm. All debts due and owing by the said firm will be recovered and paid respectively by Deutsche Fiduciary Services (Suisse) SA and GIG Leith LLC who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the same firm name of Leith Partnership SP.
