The estate of Miss A Sutherland, Flat 4, 1 Thistle Street, Kirkintilloch G66 1NU was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Monday 13th September 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Kenneth G Le May Esq CA, Suite 412 Baltic Chambers, 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow G2 6HJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
