Notice is hereby given that on 8th July 2004 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by The Director of Ridgewood Roofing Limited, 5 Rennie Place, College Milton North, East Kilbride, G74 5HD (Company No SC053126) craving the Court inter alia that the said Ridgewood Roofing Limited be wound up by the Court and that an interim Liquidator be appointed, and that in the meantime James David Cockburn Macintyre, Chartered Accountant, James Macintyre & Co, Dundas Business Centre, 38/40 New City Road, Glasgow, G4 9JT be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 8th July 2004 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Hamilton within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed the said James David Cockburn Macintyre, Chartered Accountant to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, with all the powers necessary for the interim preservation of the said Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given.
