The estate of Jonathan Stephen Buckley, Flat 11, 5 Quayside Mills, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 5EX was sequestrated by the sheriff at Edinburgh on Wednesday 28th April 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Keith V Anderson Esq CA, Messrs Scott & Paterson, Bruntsfield House, 6 Bruntsfield Terrace, Edinburgh EH10 4EX, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
