The estate of Calvin Charles Stewart, Creebridge Caravan Park, Creebridge, Newton Stewart DG8 6AJ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Stranraer on Tuesday 16th March 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Management Section, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 16th March 2004.
