The estate of Hugh Smith, 19 Barlia Grove, Glasgow G45 0NN was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Tuesday 9th March 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan S Murray Esq CA, Messrs Kapoor & Murray, Craigie Hall, 6 Rowan Road, Glasgow G41 5BS, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 9th March 2004.
