The Estate of Ann Poupart, residing at 3 Rannoch Drive, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow G66 2PN was sequestrated by Interlocutor of the Sheriff at Glasgow on 15th March 2004 and Colin Anthony Fisher Hastings, 13 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 1HY has been appointed Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers to the Interim Trustee. Claims should be stated as at the datc of sequestration which was 2nd March 2004.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the Statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
