Notice is heresy given in accordance with Section 146 the Insolvency Act 1986, that further to the completion of all matters relating to the winding up of the above named Company, I am summoning a Final Meeting of Creditors, in order for Creditors to receive my report on the winding up and also to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release in accordance with Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The meeting will be held at 12.00pm on 16th December 2003 at Allan House, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NL and proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator, at 3-5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Herts WD18 0GX no later than 12.00pm on the preceding business day.
