Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a general meeting of the members of the above named company will be held at Bruntsfield House, 6 Bruntsfield Terrace, Edinburgh EH10 4EX on 23rd December 2003 at 10.30am to be followed at 10.45am by the final meeting of creditors for the purposes of having an account laid before them, showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidator.
