The estate of James Barclay Sneddon Biggin, t/a Northern Services having a place of business and currently residing at 95 Gilmour Street Eaglesham, Glasgow G76 0NB was sequestrated by the sheriff at Paisley on Monday 13th October 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Derek Simpson CA, Kenneth A Ross & Sharkey, 375 West George Street, Glasgow G2 4LH, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 2nd September 2003.
