Sequestration of the estate of

Clarissa T Dickson Wright

The estates of Clarissa T Dickson Wright residing at The Coachhouse, 18 Inveresk Village, Musselburgh, EH21 7TE were sequestrated by the Sheriff at Haddington Sheriff Court on 8th October 2003 and J Bruce Cartwright CA, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Erskine House, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4NH, has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estates.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his/her statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 12th September 2003.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory meeting of creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
